Computer Parts Outlet Return Policy:
- Shipping errors must be reported within 24 hours
- Physical damage will not be issued an RMA number
- Part must be returned in its original packaging
- Packages will not be accepted if the RMA number is not on the shipping label or box
- Credit will be issued within 10 days of purchase and part is subject to a restock fee of 15%
- RMA numbers will be cancelled if we do not receive the item within 10 days of being issued
- All of our parts have a 30 day replacement warranty
